The short version: we don't sell your data. Ever.
Here's what we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it — in plain English, without the wall of legalese.
What we collect
When you fill out the contact form on this site, we ask for your name, email, and optionally your phone number, the community or organization you're with, and a short message about what you're working on.
That's the entirety of what we ask for. We don't ask for financial information, account credentials, or anything else sensitive, and we don't have any background trackers trying to fill in the gaps.
What happens to it
Form submissions come to our team via email so we can read what you sent and respond. That's it. We don't add you to a marketing list. We don't drip-campaign you. We don't share your information with anyone else.
If we end up working together, we'll keep your contact information so we can do the work. If we don't, we keep it because real conversations sometimes pick up months or years later, and it's helpful to have context. You can ask us to delete it any time and we will.
What we never do
- Sell your information. Not to lead aggregators, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
- Share it with our other clients or partners.
- Use it for any purpose other than responding to you and, if it goes that direction, working with you.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn't currently use cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics. We're planning to add Google Analytics so we can understand which pages people find useful and which ones aren't earning their keep. When we do, we'll update this page and call it out clearly. Google Analytics uses cookies to do its work; it produces aggregate usage data, not individual profiles, and we wouldn't use it to identify you personally.
If you'd rather opt out of Google Analytics across the web, Google offers a browser add-on for that.
Third-party services we rely on
Our contact form is processed by Formspree, which routes the submission to our email. They handle delivery and have their own privacy policy that governs how they hold the data in transit. We picked them because they're straightforward and don't do anything weird with submissions.
Our website fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Google may log requests for the fonts as part of standard web traffic. We don't pass any of your form data to Google.
Children
This site is built for senior living operators and their teams. It's not directed at anyone under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from kids.
Changes to this policy
If we change anything material — adding analytics, adding a new tool that handles your data, changing how we handle submissions — we'll update this page and note the date below. The current version is the one that applies.
